Dugdale began manufacturing PVC
Compounds in 1959, focussing on flexible grades for the footwear
industry. Since then the company has steadily expanded its
range of products and established an enviable reputation for
service and quality.
During 2001 a major investment programme was undertaken to
enable the company to offer a complete range of rigid PVC
compounds to the same high standards.
As a result Dugdale is now able to offer a comprehensive range
of PVC compounds and has the capability to offer a fast turnaround
on both large and small production runs.
A rapid colour match and supply service for small lots of
compound in both rigid and flexible PVC compounds is also
now available.
Dugdale can provide hundreds of standard grades of PVC compounds
proven in the market place and delivering an extensive range
of performance properties. The company also has the capability
to tailor formulations to meet the exacting requirements of
its customers where specific non-standard properties are required.
