To ensure we meet and exceed our customer expectations we will monitor, measure and continually improve all key processes at Dugdale Plc.

All key processes at Dugdale Plc have an appointed process owner who is responsible for setting process objectives with the aim of continual process improvement in line with this quality policy.

To ensure this we will document the quality management system (QMS) which will meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

The Managing director of Dugdale Plc has the ultimate responsibility for ensuring the effectiveness and continual relevance of the QMS.

Dugdale Plc is responsible for the training and involvement of all employees and in turn everyone employed by Dugdale Plc has a responsibility to ensure that all product and services continually meet our customer's requirements.
